A: YES. Call us and we will take care of the rest.

Q: If I have special ART requirements, what should I do?

A: We know you do. After all this is Custom, right? CALL US. We have 14 years experience in customer service and satisfaction.

Q: How do I know when you receive my order?

A: If you do not receive a Thank You e-mail (within minutes) and an order confirmation (by fax, within 24 hours), CALL US because we did not get your order. We will overwhelm you with confidence when we receive it.

Q: How do I approve my Custom Art before you print?

A: We will not print anything without your approval. You will receive Art by Fax, for approval, within 24 hours of an accepted order.

Q: When will I receive my Custom Goods?

A: Printing/Shipping is complete 1 week from ART confimation. Any delays in approving your art work may delay your production(see Delivery Guarantee). Embroidery may take longer, depending on your needs

Q: When will I receive my NON-Custom Goods?

A: Goods are confirmed and shipped within 24 hours of your order. If backorder is needed, you will be contacted immediately. If you require goods to ship same day as order, please note so on orders placed before 2pm PST.

Q: What is your Delivery Guarantee?

A: Custom Imprinted Products that have been accepted by GSF and meet the 24 hour Art approval requirements will ship within 1 business week. This is a GUARANTEE or your shipments are FREE. Some restrictions may apply. Contact a service representative for further written details.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: With 14 years experience and a Delivery Guarantee, GSF promises to contact you if there is any delay in your order. If it makes you feel better, call and say hello. We can track your order at any junctures as it makes it's way through our system.

Q: What could cause delays in my orders?

A: Acts of God or Not approving your Art in a timely fashion. That is it.

Q: What payment options do you offer?

A: * MasterCard or Visa Same day as shipping
* Cashiers check same day as shipment
* School or Government Purchase Orders, Net 20, same day as shipment
* Personal or Business checks 5 days prior to shipment.

Q: What's the Return & Exchange Policy on CUSTOM?

A: Since you must approve  the ART and we must match the Order exactly. Returns and exchanges on CUSTOM goods only need apply to factory defects, which we guarantee to Credit or Replace at your discretion.

Q: Whats the Return & Exchange on NON-CUSTOM?

A: 100% without question. Factory defect or No reason at all, we stand behind all of our products called in within 15 days of delivery. After 15 days, GSF reserves all rights. Returns must meet minimal requirements. Please call for a Return Authorization Number. Without a RA# our Receiving Depts will not Return. Contact us to receive an RA#, informing you on how to mark your boxes and where to ship your product.

Q: Is it safe to shop with GiantSportsFactory?

Q: Is Embroidery as easy as silkscreening?

A: Nothing is as easy as GSF silk-screening, but we apply our same strong business practices to embroidery to insure your satisfaction. Delivery takes 1-2 weeks longer than printing.

Q: Why do you carry BLANK tees, sweats & polos?

A: For years our clients expressed interest in Blanks for a number of reasons including Shoulder pad protection, Car wash, uniforms and more. We don't know all the reasons out there for wanting them, but we made sure to carry the Best Brands at Factory Pricing. Our clients made it clear that they were tired of paying retail prices for Tees, Sweats, and Polos.
