LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION	When near the water just isn't good enough. Come stay with us right on the Bay. We are located on the prestigious North End of Mission Bay, nestled in among Multi-Million Dollar Homes on a semi-private Drive.
Sea World	The "Fireworks" never end. Each and every Summer night, you will be entertained by a Private show from your Patio of the famous Sea World Fireworks before you head off to enjoy the City Nite Life or Settle in to a Quiet evening.
Hotel Comfort	6 houses down, A short walk to the Catamaran Hotel Resort. If you like, enjoy Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner at the infamous "Catamaran" Poolside.
Private	You will certainly enjoy the LOCATION of a 5 star hotel and the privacy of a friendly hide-a-way cottage. A one of a kind Vacation awaits you.
Sandals	You are on the bay and only a short walk to the Beach. You may choose a Bike, but you certainly will not need one. May we suggest your favorite Sandals?
View	Only Glass Windows separate you from the calming sites and sounds of the bay. Your Front Room (Family room), 3 of 4 Bedrooms and the Kitchen all enjoy pristine view.
Sites	Across the bay from Sea World and only minutes from Hwy 5. which can take you to the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Mexico, Lego Land and just a 2 hour straight shot to Los Angeles.
Bikes	Rent or bring your own. Your vacation home is just a short walk, Bike ride, Skateboard to the Beach, Shopping, Nite Life, Restaurants, Park and more.
Parking	Located on a semi-private drive, you will find parking easy. And if you do not, 2 private spots are available to you on the property.
Boat Rental	On the dock, of the Catamaran Resort, located just 6 houses away, you can enjoy renting many of your favorite water crafts.
Airport	If arriving by plane, you will not even need to get on the Hwy to arrive. You can take a more scenic route. Either way, we are just 10 minutes by Car.
Steam Wheeler Tours	Are available 2 times a day, just a short walk from the house.
