RESERVATION DEPOSIT: An initial Deposit of $600 (for Security) plus 2 days Rent (per week) is required to insure your desired week(s) of vacation. Of the Moneys....$100 is 100% non-refundable. All but $300 may be refunded if you cancel in writing 60 days prior to your stay. Cancelations received inside 60 days from your stay will only have (all but $100) deposits returned, if and only if, Owner is able to rent the week you have vacated. Inside 60 days, if rental is not made to another party, all $600 plus 2 days rent is non-refundable.

CLEANING DEPOSIT...We pay to have the place cleaned as a service to you. Your initial deposit is only to protect against those damages outside of normal wear and tear. Most often, all is returned immediately once we receive the phone bill, after your stay. We expect you to be respectful of the next guest as the previous ones will be of you. THANK YOU!
