INCREASED ACCOMODATIONS!
Due
to the new studio lay out, it can now accommodate 2 to 5 people. Also this increases
the 4bdr/3ba rental to accomodate 15 guests, up from 12.
DEPOSITS
and CANCELLATION POLICY:

3 & 4 bdr-Security DEPOSIT: An initial Deposit of $600 is required to secure
your dates. This may be accepted by Credit Card. Of the Moneys....$200 is 100%
non-refundable. Cancellations inside of 90 days will forfeit a $400 Fee. Cancellations
inside of 60 days will forfeit the $600 Security Deposit as a Cancellation Fee.
Cancellations inside of 45 Days will forfeit 100% of Security Deposit plus 25%
of the Rent. Cancellations inside of 30 Days will forfeit 100% of their security
Deposit plus 50% of the Rent. If House is re-rented, you will receive all moneys
accept for $200 Cancellation Fee plus the difference in the re-rented amount.

CLEANING
HOUSE
Maid Service Included...We
pay to have our Home cleaned as a service to you prior to your stay; and after.
Even with this, the 4 hour window between guests checking out and those checking
in is too short to complete all the tasks. We kindly ask you to care for our Home
as you would your own (even better). Please follow the CLEANING GUIDE provided
to you upon your arrival. We expect you to be respectful of the next guest as
the previous ones will be of you. THANK YOU!
OVER
THE HOUSE LIMIT
Special circumstances
have allowed for over 10 guests in the 3 Bedroom Accommodations, and over 15 in
the 4 Bedroom. If Approved by MBH, the cost for those guests above the HOUSE LIMITS
will be billed at $20 per night per person. Also due to the extra wear and tear
on MBH, A cleaning fee of $75 may be added to your stay.
